The Help search is not a full-text one. If you currently search for "redirect", e.g. because you got a warning reading "SeaMonkey has prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page", you won't find anything and thus won't find that this is controlled by a pref that is exposed in Preferences UI. What the Help search finds is based on an index that consists of (1) the Help content headings and (2) a list of keywords. This bug is about adding some more references to the list of keywords. The Content pane is just one example of what could be added.
