Please create a DB on the buildbot cluster for the imaging service.

Access from: releng network via rw and ro VIPs

And make it snappy!  I don't have all day!

We should make sure that the buildbot db cluster has enough horsepower for this and fits the same security model so that we're not mixing and matching on these servers.
The DB load should be very light (TFTP and NFS are served locally without DB access).  The service will be internal to the releng network.  So I think that's OK.  Any other issues I overlooked?
