Bug 776476 have added ja locale on Verbatim and we've already translated. https://localize.mozilla.org/ja/mozillians/ But it's not used on the live site yet: https://mozillians.org/ Please include ja locale.
Any update for this? Is there any problem you cannot add ja locale?
