Instead of listing the tweaks needed for the "write review" page I created a .psd file for it. 

The "max 150 characters" is for platforms we aren't doing the countdown on. (See bug 770661)

Wil, can you get a copy of Photoshop so you can look at the files when you need to? 

Looks like the mock has a cancel button that has not been implemented, the submit review button is not aligned correctly and it does not have the "visit support for assistance" line. As per comment 0 the messaging will be "max 150 characters" for platforms we are not doing a countdown on.

Mac's Preview can read PSDs just fine.
