79049 - Tooltip for e-mail in small mail header display

Description

Procedure: Open a mail or news message and click the arrow to make the header
bar small.

Current: E-mail address is reduced to just a name.

Desired: When you hover over the name, a tooltip is displayed with the sender's
e-mail address.

Build: 20010505 Win98

Add that when there is enough room, the full header should be displayed. Name
with tooltip should be the backup if the window is too small for the full header.

What does this bug involve, though? A CSS change? A tweak to XUL?
