Launching the camera app from Gallery App will not display the screen.

Environment :

    Otoro daily: 9-11-2012
    gaia commit: 6cb41da
    gecko commit: 105845c

Repro :

    launch Gallery app
    click Camera App web activity
    Verify it launches the screen into a black screen. there's no image to be taken

Expected :

    Launching camera app from Gallery web activity should display the screen to take an image of

Actual :

    Camera app displays a black screen.

I can't reproduce this with the 2012-10-15 build.  Tony, can you still make this happen?

Unable to repro with the 10/22 build- the camera initially launches with a black screen, which quickly becomes the camera.
