There were some huge l10n files on that slave that were hitting the signing file limit. Not sure why they were so huge, in any case I have clobbered mozilla-central win32 l10n nightly to clean the build machine and avoid this problem for the next build.

Verified that the builds ran successfully after the clobber, forgot to mention that I also clobbered the same mac build.
