svg file for testcase

SVG images can some time get a repeated last vertical or horizontal pixel. I've reduced the testcase as far as I've been able to, but its still a bit more complex then i would have hoped. what bugs it shows also depends on the fonts/os a bit.

Expected:
The page should render a not repeating red circle.

Actual:
The page renders the circle and a vertical and horizontal copy of the last pixel row and column

I suspect this a manifistation of bug 600207. To work around it you need to make the SVG image the same size as the background it's going to appear on.
seems ok these days.
