What settings do you apply in the print dialog? Do you use other extensions that change printing of calendar events?

Select the Calendar tab. Select File/Print. Select "Monthly Grid" Layout. I use the "Custom Date" range, and use the first and last days of the month. There are no "Options" selected.
Keep in mind that I am currently using Thunderbird v15.0 and Lightning v1.7b1, and I have no problems printing full calendar months. When I upgrade to the current versions of Thunderbird & Lightning, I get blank pages in both "Monthly Grid" and "List" layout modes.
The other installed extensions are Google Provider (v0.16), and the British (v1.19.1) & Canadian (v2.0.5) English Dictionaries.

The reporter is gone, the report is rather old and no other reports on file. Resolving as INCOMPLETE.
