Details

Windows update is over port 80. So all windows systems vlan40 in scl1 vlan69 in scl1, scl3, phx1 (probably already done) need to be able to reach kms1.ad.mozilla.com:tcp/80 (apologies for the confusion with the KMS bug, and for not realizing I needed WSUS flows too, yesterday)
added it to the policy where kms was allowed.
