After viewing the listed URL for a short time, I noticed that the refresh button was oscillating between active and inactive, at a rate of ~1 Hz (slightly less, sometimes with a slight irregularity, but generally pretty steady rate). I used Firebug's Net tab to see if there was any network activity; none was shown. It is definitely NOT oscillating between "Refresh" and "Stop" (the X button), but between active and inactive Refresh. The shade of grey changes back and forth between the two, and clicking in the half-second of lighter grey has no effect while clicking during the half-second of darker grey triggers a refresh, with the button temporarily changing to X, activity visible in the Net tab, and the page visually reloading. Why the active/inactive oscillation?
Still see this?

I'm not sure how to visually tell the difference between active and inactive Refresh icons in FF30.
