Details

Since Linux embedding customers are usually sensitive to memory footprint, we
need the gtkEmbed build to reflect the minimum footprint we can build with. To
this end, please make gtkEmbed build with the plain text editor rather than the
HTML editor.

Also needed is an automated smoketest that makes use of editor functionailty in a 
plaintext-only build.  The main bitrotting problem is runtime failure rather than 
build failure.
