1.    Move the mozorg/apps/partners page to the devhub replacing the current partners page (https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/partners)

2.    Turn mozorg/apps/partners into a redirect (as you suggested) 

3.    Work with the creative team to do a redesign of this new main partner page to incorporate the incorporate from the original devhub partners page

I think we should use mozorg/apps/partners page as a template for the DevHub Partner page, not a replacement. The goal is that the Devhub will have a similar look and feel across all pages.

The DevHub Partner page should also contain specific business-related concerns for apps. Currencies, Taxes, Marketing, etc.

Agreed. However, I would rather this new partner page look like the rest of the dev hub as stated above.

Is anyone from Brand-creative available to work on the copy for this page for the next release? 
- if not I am happy to massage the words 
- what's the best way to deliver fresh/revised copy?
- when do you need it delivered?

Duping against bug 794266, which will land the partners page content on the devhub front page. I will file a bug to replace it with a redirect on the mozorg side, too.
