Details

When the version of a packaged app is approved for public, we need to sign the packaged app. How the actual app is being signed is in another bug. This bug is about the infrastructure around the signing, in editor tools.

We'll need to signed the app and then place it in another directory for signed apps so we don't need to do it repeatedly. Signing should log verbosely that it's doing so.

We'll need to alter the file lookup in addons models so that it resolves automatically to the signed version of the app when the app is public.
