Details

1. Go to cars.com 2. Search for any used car. 3. Click one of the "Free CARFAX Report" links under one of the listings. 4. On this page, scrolling is much different than on other pages -- seems like less of the page is scrolled for each mouse wheel "click", especially when scrolling quickly. CPU usage seems normal however.
I can confirm in Firefox15-Nightly18.0a2 as well. Amount of scroll is small(half of normal) by 1 tick of wheel. This does not happen in Google Chrome21, Opera12.02, IE9 Disable smooth scroll does not help.
