With HWA on sometimes causes jank on fixed elements

Scroll the site in the url posted. When scrolling down a very noticeable jank happens when the fixed element is fixed to the top and side of the chart. I've seen this a few times before but never this jarring. There are references to _VEC_memzero and NtGdiDdDDIDestroyAllocation in the jank part of the profile.

Turning off HWA does not produce the same effect and is quite smooth on transition.

Confirmed on Nightly/Windows 7. FWIW, this Issue is with Firefox 4, too.
