Steps to reproduce:

We are running OTRS and everytime i click a link which opens e.g. a new window via JS won't work.

Actual results:

Nothing does happens. No error message appears.

Expected results:

The links should work. A new window should open. I i try the links with other browsers they work correctly.
What is CTRS ?
Please provide a testcase either as attachment or as public URL.
Hi,

OTRS is a ticket system. You can reproduce the error here:

Goto this link for login:

http://itsm-demo.otrs.com/otrs/index.pl?Action=Login&User=servicedesk-E&Password=otrs123

And then open this link to see the Ticket

http://itsm-demo.otrs.com/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=833

For example if you click on close a popup should appear but nothing happens.

I'm not able to reproduce, the popup appears: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0b3

Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode:
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode

Or on a new, empty profile (Don't install any addons into it)
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
A recently filed bug about pop-ups not working: bug 791700
We have a known issue in Firefox16beta with Extensions like noscript. It would be great if you could test without addons in case you have some installed. Try the safemode as Paul suggested and report back if it works.
close bug, because of missing information from reporter.

if you think this was wrongly closed please reopen it and give the steps to reproduce/new informations

thank you for all the help.
