en-US and Chinese (TW) are currently the only locales that have a one-line top banner. The top locales have a banner on two lines: https://support.mozilla.org/de/home https://support.mozilla.org/fr/home https://support.mozilla.org/es/home https://support.mozilla.org/pt-BR/home (the more verbose one) https://support.mozilla.org/it/home
We know about this, but not sure how to fix. I think display: table-cell; might be an (ugly) option.
