Details

We have Params to allow bug deletion, user deletion and attachment deletion. However, we don't have one for comment deletion. Deleting profane or spam comments apparently happens reasonably often on b.m.o. (bug 792008 being one example). At the moment, a direct DB command is required. Perhaps it doesn't need to be?

To clarify: this would allow admins to delete comments, not users (even if they wrote it).
