1. Make sure the switch "force-mobile-layout" is set to false
2. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/search/?q=yo
3. Click on Filter

I'm going to wontfix this. We have the mobile layout forced and potch is slowly expanding it to encompass desktop. UX is working on desktop designs right now.
