792291 - Remove mozilla.support.accessibility from https://www.mozilla.org/access/

In bug 787849, mozilla.support.accessibility is being shut down. I would just remove it from this page without bothering to file a bug, but the page currently lists two forums in a table. Not sure if we still need a table.

NOTE: The font is different in the screenshots because I used File-->Save Page As Complete HTML to create the 'after' screenshot. The patch shouldn't change the font.

Chris, sorry, I've been out of the loop and nearly off the grid for awhile (handling personal matters).

I've never reviewed a patch before (hence the odd comment) but it all looks fine.
One thing though.
https://www.mozilla.org/access/ to the best of my understanding is being eliminated (I'll search for the bug) and some of its contents are being moved to MDN so perhaps the patch isn't even necessary at this point.
I have to confirm that. There were plans to at least have a landing page on mozilla.org and the contents would be moved to the mozilla wiki and MDN, but that was put on a back burner.

I'd say it's your call on if you want to proceed or not. 
Sorry for the not so informative and vague comments. I'm trying to catch up.
