Steps to reproduce:
Say I right click on picture on page to save it. Dialog window appears. I change the name of picture. Now I would like to select whole name with ctrl+A.
Actual results:
But it does not work. Select all is only in right click menu but short cut is not set or available or is not working.
Expected results:
Content of Name field should be selected. There is one another small problem with this field I will report separately.

Very strange, this seems to reproduce only on Win XP, on Win 7 x64 everything works ok.
