This language needs some or all of its l10n files to be upgraded to the MPL 2 licence. The current status in the aurora repo http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/ is:

Summary of Licenses in Files
============================
 Number Percent License
------- -------- -----------
    343 64.23% <none found>
    180 33.71% mpl/gpl/lgpl (standard block)
     10 1.87% <unknown license>
      1 0.19% pd
----------------------------
    534 files processed

I have a script which can do the relicensing automatically. I will provide a patch here. Once a patch has been provided, please commit it as soon as possible. The aim is to have the relicensing finished by the end of September.

Thanks :-)

Bulgarian l10n has always been using Translation Toolkit that generates .dtd and .properties files from .po files and fortunately TT handles licensing comments well. Licenses in https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/bg should be proper and the same will happen to mozilla-aurora when bg l10n becomes active in aurora channel. Is this OK or do you prefer to get aurora fixed anyway?
Ognyan: if you are saying it's all going to work without a patch, that's probably fine by me. But when can we expect that to happen?

Gerv
I have run Translate Toolkit's po2moz using PO files from Beta. The result looked good and I committed it. Do you have some automatic way to check if everything is correct now?

I have checked, and you appear to have missed the following files:
    ./browser/firefox-l10n.js
    ./calendar/lightning-l10n.js
    ./calendar/sunbird-l10n.js
    ./mail/all-l10n.js

I've fixed these *.js files (copied them from en-US). Aurora-that-soon-will-be-beta should be completely relicensed and it will stick in actual translation later.
