This language needs some or all of its l10n files to be upgraded to the MPL 2 licence. The current status in the aurora repo http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/ is:

I'm afraid Mạnh Hùng is no longer active.  There is already a pending review request on bug 799944.  Would you mind having a quick check if the patch in that bug resolve this bug?

That patch may well resolve this bug. The best thing is probably for you to get it reviewed and committed, and then I can retest and see how much work there is left to do.

Based on a discussion with Dwayne, these files are not currently managed by Pootle, which is the tool currently used by this localization team. If the Vietnamese team will decide to localize these projects, new license header will be picked up. Sending a warning to the mailing list too about this landing.

The attached patch was committed on mozilla-aurora and merged down to l10n-central
