Details

switch test configurations from android phones to using panda boards running pandroid.

The android phone configuration used adb to run tests.  pandroid supports ssh.
have to make this change to failconfig.txt since panda boards have some DST issues.

Small clarification, the boards are not running Pandroid.  Pandorid is a defunct project on googlecode.  The boards are running a linaro distro or android.
