I started noticing this yesterday.
If you hover the buttons from one side to the other; you will see being drawn for a second and then disappear again.
I also noticing that resizing my Window first draws a black box and it then extends the background colours of the page to fill the window that I just resized.
Should I file a separate bug for it?

This is fixed by the follow-up patch to bug 788044, which just landed on mozilla-inbound
