Menu following suppressed pop-up no longer has "Allow it this one time" option.

Details
I have pop-ups blocked for most sites. As a result, an options button appears whenever a blocked site attempts to create one.
But lately, the options button no longer gives me the choice of seeing the pop-up just this once. I now can't see it at all unless I enable all pop-ups from the site in question.
Please restore this feature.
