They were removed from the moderation queue correctly but I can't say if they were correctly processed or not (looks like it - iirc, they were twitter reviews and they're not showing on the twitter page any more).

I reviewed the code and compared it to the traceback and can't see any problems. I also tried to reproduce what I saw in the POST by skipping a review and deleting a review and had no problems. I also just noticed this is assigned to Wraithan and not me, oops. I'd close if this were assigned to me and ask for STR or re-open if it happens again.
Given its not been seen for over a month (and I've moderated other user reviews) I guess it got fixed along the way.
