Steps to reproduce:
I've been using Composer for several versions of Seamonkey. When I try to edit or begin a doc with the current version, there is no Formatting toolbar.
Actual results:
The Formatting toolbar is not present in Normal or Preview, even though it is clicked ON in View. Other toolbars can be clicked on and off.

Perhaps it's collapsed. Do you have a small collapsed grippy like in this picture?

Came back to say I'd found it, and I see Philip figured it out first. Yes, old eyes missed the collapsed status. Thanks(In reply to Philip Chee from comment #1)
