It would be nice if there was a quick way to scroll to the top of a long web page when you are far down it. Dolphin Browser has a nice implementation for this, where if you scroll up, a translucent icon will appear in the bottom-right, over the content, which if pressed will scroll to the top. I'm not sure if this icon has some logic to only appear if a page is longer than a certain size, or if the scroll up is over a certain velocity.
