Details

In the left and right frames there are several layers that don't work as expected. If you browse this page with other software (IE, Netscape 4.xx, Konqueror) you'll see how it would be.
page only supports NS 4.x and IE proprietary DOM and does not support the W3C standard... over to evangelism
