User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0.1 Build ID: 20120905151427 Steps to reproduce: I tried to open one of numerous crash reports and got the message described below. Actual results: Crash Not Found We couldn't find the OOID you're after. If you recently submitted this crash, it may still be in the queue. If you believe this message is an error, please submit a Bugzilla ticket describing what happened, and please include the URL for this page.
It takes to time to submit crash reports to the server. Can you now provide the latest crash ID from about:crashes? Does it happen in Safe Mode (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?

I've tried to open in Safe Mode, but the crash doesn't occur. When I open my most recent crash report, it is dated 2012-09-23 23:54:07, but says I am running Firefox version 9.0.1 when I am actually running version 15.0.1.
The latest crash report id is:ID: 4e2300d3-5d77-4e38-913d-bc74f2120923

Please reinstall Firefox above the current installation. Once done, check your Firefox version: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/find-what-version-firefox-you-are-using
I am going to uninstall then reinstall Firefox, but first I want to copy both my history and bookmarks. Where do I find them? Here's what I've tried so far: I COMPLETELY uninstalled Firefox, including my personal data, restarted my computer, then reinstalled FF 15.0.1 (after doing the same but keeping my personal data, only to have it still crash). Well this didn't work as Firefox still crashed. I had no extensions or add-ons added, let alone enabled.

(In reply to mail from comment #8) > I had no extensions or add-ons added, let alone enabled. It means it's not caused by a bug in the Firefox code Please ask your question in the support forum: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help#w_get-help-fixing-this-crash
