Chris, do you want the amo logout to be consistent and moved to the user dropdown? I took it out because you didn't want amo changed.

Also I don't think for our devhub pages 'back to apps' should be at the top b/c it's just too cluttered. I think it would be better if we keep that as limited as possible (e.g. user dropdown / log in or additionally the tools dropdown for admins).

Fork them, that's fine.

If you can copy the auxnav used on /developers/ for /developers/submissions/ that would work well IMO.

The headers will now be consolidated with the following fix:

- the 'logout' link will be within the user actions dropdown and the final result is one of the two:

1. non-admin: user dropdown, back to apps
2. admin: user dropdown, tools, back to apps
