For Android OS versions that we know removing an android shortcut directly does not work, do not try to remove it, and instead show a toast to the user to tell them to remove the shortcut

On certain Android OS versions, removing a shortcut programatically does not appear to work. In the short-term, let's not try to remove the shortcut and instead show a toast telling the user to remove the android shortcut directly.
