Shows Wifi banner being drawn 20 pixels too low

If I run the settings app with OOP disabled, then when I go into The Wifi menu, then the banner just below the status bar is drawn 20 pixels too low.

See the attached screen snapshot.

When the settings app runs OOP, then it displays correctly
