we should put the following new charset into the right grouping in the View:Character set:More menu gb18030 into East Asian x-mac-arabic, x-mac-farsi, x-mac-hebrew into Middle East x-mac-devanagari, x-mac-gujarati, x-mac-gurumkhi into SE & SW Asian
should check in before UI freeze.

Checked in to the commercial.
Verified those charset name in right group on 05-15 trunk build.
