View:Character set:More menu

gb18030 into East Asian
x-mac-arabic, x-mac-farsi, x-mac-hebrew into Middle East 
x-mac-devanagari, x-mac-gujarati, x-mac-gurumkhi into SE & SW Asian
should check in before UI freeze.
