Details
steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/fbimport-16/status. Note that version 1.0 exists.
2. Upload version 1.0 of the packaged app again and wait for it to complete validation.
3. Notice the error message.
observed behavior:
Error message says "upload
Version 1.0 already exists". Please get rid of the redundant "upload" in the error message

I fixed the "upload" part but I can't fix the ugly.
