Details

We've received more reports of password reset emails not going out than usual, which is potentially the sign of a problem. Please check into this. I can provide emails if asked, though I'll avoid putting it into the bug directly. I suspect you already have them.
I just tried a reset of my own account, and the password reset email was not received.
