We are launching an internal gear store and want to make sure everyone goes to the correct location to request their gear. In order to make sure it happens, could you please delete this form: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=marketing&format=swag

To be clear, we only want the internal swag request form deleted, not the one open to anyone on bugzilla. Please let me know if you have any questions.

the referenced form https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=marketing&format=swag is open to everyone on bugzilla.  i'm not sure what the "internal swag request" form is; are you able to provide some more detail about this?

Hy Byron,

Sorry for the confusion - I thought this was an internal form only. What we'll do for the time being is hold off on deleting the swag request form and request an update on the event request form ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Marketing&format=mktgevent ) so that it encompasses gear requests as well. 

Ideally, we'd like to add the following information to the Event Request Form:
*Are you requesting gear for your event? 
*If yes, what specific gear are you requesting (Available gear can be found here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/GearStore): 
*Ship to information - as found on the current gear request form

Please let me know if you have any questions.

My apologies for the delay - we've currently created a new form to address this need: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=825666

At this time, I feel good moving forward with deleting the old form: https://bugzilla-stage-tip.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=mozilla.org&format=mktgevent
