794045 - Local nav on www.mozilla.org/en-us/mobile does not expand

When viewing www.mozilla.org/en-us/mobile from mobile device, image in upper left corner is not clickable and therefore does not expand the local nav. 

I tested this on both iPhone and Android.

I can reproduce that on the destkop too with a small screen.

Raymond, let's work on getting a mobile test-suite up (use Softvision if you have to/want to), running on Sauce Labs, so we don't miss this again, if we can.  Thanks!
