OS: Android 3.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open several pages in different tabs.
2. Open the tab menu.
3. Pan the tab list.
Expected:
The background when overscrolling the tab list has the same color like the the tab list(grey).
Actual:
The background when overscrolling the tab list is white.

Over-scroll has been removed in bug 705246.
