Nightly Fennec 18.0a1 (2012-09-25)
Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab
OS: Android 3.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open tab menu.
2. Load a desktop version page (ex. cnn.com or nytimes.com) leaving the tab menu opened.
3. Tap the android home button.
4. Open fennec again.
5. Close the tab menu.

Expected:
The page should be re-sized to cover the whole screen.

Actual:
The page isn't resized, it remains like in the attached screenshot.
