Steps to reproduce:

Went to website to watch video (from link provided). Also check same site in Chrome Canary


Actual results:

In Firefox 15: Flash loads but doesn't play. This is happening on a number of sites, but not all. 

In Chrome Canary: video plays with no problems, at same sites. 


Expected results:

Video should have played

More info needed:

What version of Flash
What addons do you have 
Have you tried a clean profile ?
Does it work in Firefox safe-mode ?

Link to the site where vids are not working ?

that's one, there are many

flashplayer version: 11,4,402,278 installed

have lots of  addons, all from the mozilla addons site

not sure what clean profile means

don't know how to use firefox15 in safe mode

Listing addons:
In the address bar enter:  about:support
Use the copy to clipboard button
Paste info here in the bug

A clean profile is one without addons for testing purposes.

To start in Firefox safe-mode hold 'shift' key will starting.

That's the most recent site where I've had this occur. It actually gave me an error message (that's usually not the case). Said "video failed to load".

OK, if it works in Safe-mode, then its an addon blocking the flash from playing.

Disable them (addons) 1/2 at at time and see if it plays.
If not then its one in 1/2 that is still enabled.
Keep working though your addons till you the problem.

Not hearing anymore from the OP, closing as WFM , addon causing this problem.
