12:45 < jmaher> froydnj: right now the --results_url can go to a file:/// and this is helpful to see what exactly would be sent to graphs.mozilla.org

It's not obvious to me that people would want to go to graphs.m.o to figure out what their talos tests mean, but in any event, there should be *something* that would enable comparison of results when running Talos locally.
