794252 - chat activity color for titlebar

the chat windows have an activity state now, from bug 783687.  The titlebar color changes if an activity event is received.  A placeholder color was used, we need an appropriate color for each platform.

Another idea would be to pass an options parameter to navigator.mozSocial.openChatWindow which specifies these colors.

Stephen, can you provide some colors in Boriss' absence?

We should just use the same colors that we use for the tabs.

Selected tab == selected chat
Background tab == unselected chat
Pinned tab notification == activity indicator (similar glow but ~75% of the width of the chat tab and ~50% height)

I can get you one.  The colors for selected chat window and unselected chat window are from Boriss already, it is only the new state, unselected chat window with new activity that needed something.  I used #ceeaff for a placeholder.  I'll attach a screenshot shortly.

the unselected chat with activity is colored light blue, selected chat is the lighter grey on the far left.

Let's use these for now, which should be roughly equivalent to the colors of active/inactive tabs:

Windows normal: #bdc7d5
Windows highlight: #e7edf6

OSX normal: #bebebe
OSX highlight: #e2e2e2

Linux normal: #4b4a47
Linux highlight: #f6f5f5
