Steps to reproduce:
Can't login to townhall.com -- successfully created a login id; but when I try to login, the login dialog just sits there.
Actual results:
Same issue using FF15/Win7/VirtualBox; but IE9/Win7/VirtualBox works. IE9 text input REALLY sucks; but that's orthogonal to this bug report. :)
Expected results:
Successful login.

Are cookies enabled?
Is "Do not track" enabled?
Argh... I allow cookies per site several times a day; and missed this one....
SORRY for the noise.
Q: Do not track appears to be global -- future per website...?
