Clicking on the "x" next to tags in the forum doesn't remove the tag from the thread.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a forum thread (i.e. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/938068)
- Click on the cross next to any of the tags.
- Nothing happens

Expected outcome:

- Tag is deleted.
