Ensure the dates returned to the front-end are sorted. Currently they are not sorted which makes scanning the data very difficult. Split off of bug 751410 comment 11.
This seems to come sorted from the PHP side and somehow gets mangled by the JS so, I am taking this one.

[:mbrandt] Nope, you can totally verify this. The dates along the Y axis should be sorted from the To date to the From date.
