NOTE: This is a bug Krupa originally found when payments are enabled.
Steps to reproduce:
1) For a paid app (App A), indicate that it is a paid version (upsell) of another app (App B).
2) Exclude App B in the Brazil regional store.
3) Switch your region to Brazil.
4) Go to App A's detail page.
5) You see App B pitched as "Premium version available" even though it's not available in your region.
RELATED: We should also make sure in Brazil we don't link to unrated games for upsell.
