This is a bit hard to describe in screenshots, but what is happening is that the little progress bar in the download button in the toolbar is continuously growing and shrinking by a couple of pixels. Same amount so it does not go outside of the button. This happened during https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=794917 so that bug might be related.

Hey Stefan, Have you been able to reproduce this? It may have been fixed since bug 794752 and bug 810340 were closed. Mind giving it a shot? -Mike
Yeah I don't think I've seen this recently on Nightly. Feel free to close this. I can reopen if it does happen again.
